Saf-levure is suitable for all baking processes. It is simple to use, needing only to be rehydrated in water between 35 – 40°C. Within a short time the yeast suspension will begin to show fermentation bubbles, indicating that it is ready for use. Saf-levure is particularly suitable for humid climates.

Stability: Dehydrated and sold in the form of granules, Saf-levure Active Dried Yeast is easy to store at room temperature, while retaining its fermenting power.
Efficiency: After rehydration Active Dried Yeast is used like a liquid yeast and can easily be added to the mixer. It is then suitable for use in any bread-making process.
