Saf-levure is a dehydrated active dry yeast (92-93% dry matter). It comes in granular form giving it extreme stability at room temperature and good shelf life
Saf-levure is suitable for all baking processes. It is simple to use, needing only to be rehydrated in water between 35 – 40°C. Within a short time the yeast suspension will begin to show fermentation bubbles, indicating that it is ready for use. Saf-levure is particularly suitable for humid climates.
