The Lesaffre Group is the largest producer of yeast in the world. In addition to fresh compressed yeast, our range also includes dried and liquid yeasts. We also use our many years of know-how to produce special types of yeast, for example for doughs with high amounts of sugar (sweet doughs) or doughs using high levels of preservatives (acidic doughs).
