Saf-Levure
Saf-levure is dehydrated active dry yeast (92-93% dry matter). It comes in granular form giving it extreme stability at room temperature and good .shelf life
Saf-levure is suitable for all baking processes. It is simple to use, needing only to be rehydrated in water between 35 – 40°C. Within a short time the yeast suspension will begin to show fermentation bubbles, indicating that it is ready for use.. Saf-levure is particularly suitable for humid climates.

DCL Active dried Yeast
DCL Active dried Yeast is a high-performance yeast with consistent quality. DCL Active dried Yeast is simple to use but the careful observance of the correct usage level and dough processing temperature is important for best results.

DCL Instant Yeast
DCL Instant Yeast (IDY) is a standard yeast for lean doughs, containing less than 5% added sugar.
DCL Instant Yeast is ready for immediate use. It can be added directly to the flour and lightly dispersed before adding the other ingredients and normal mixing.
